We're sorry that you're not completely satisfied with your order.

Since each Seelenstich piece is individually produced for you only after your order, we ask for your understanding that returns and refunds may take a little longer than with large warehouses.

Please simply use the form below for your revocation or return.

Important notes:

🖤 Every order is custom-made for you and not shipped from a warehouse.

📦 The buyer bears the costs for the return shipment. As we are a small label and have each order produced individually, we unfortunately cannot currently offer free returns. (Please use the return portal listed below for your return)

🚚 Please do not send returns to our business address. After your registration, you will receive all further information about the return process.

🔍 After receipt of your return, the goods will be checked. Processing and refund can take up to 14 days in individual cases.

💳 Once the inspection is completed, the refund will be made via the original payment method used.
