1️⃣ Orders & Shipping

📦 How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?

  • The processing time is approximately 1-3 working days , after which the shipment takes place depending on the country
  • The delivery time is usually 3-10 working days . We endeavour to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. As soon as we have sent your package, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by email. From then on you can easily track your shipment. Please note that the delivery time abroad may be slightly delayed due to the longer transport routes.
  • For orders over €50.00, we ship your order free of charge.
    The following shipping costs apply for orders up to the value of €49.99 :

📍 Can I track my order?

  • Yes! Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email .

2️⃣ Products & Quality

👕 How do your sizes fit?

  • Our products are generally cut wider (oversized).
  • What size do I need?
    We recommend that you use the intuitive size guide on the respective product page as well as the size charts provided. If you are unsure between two sizes, order the larger size. Please do not order anything just to "try on" as the products are produced especially for you. Our shirts and hoodies have a unisex cut. This is designed so that as many people as possible can enjoy our products.

🎨 Are your designs exclusive?

  • Yes! All designs are created specifically for Seelenstich and are unique.

🖤 ​​How do I care for my shirt properly?

  • To ensure your shirt lasts a long time, we recommend:
    • Wash inside out at max. 30°C
    • Do not tumble dry
    • Do not iron directly over the design

🖤 ​​What material are the products made of?

  • Most products are made from 100 percent organic cotton. You can find more information in the respective product description.
    The printing takes place in Germany.

💳 What payment methods are available?

  • When processing your order, you can choose from the currently available payment methods. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna invoice, Mastercard, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung and Visa are generally available.

🔒 Is my payment secure?

  • We attach great importance to your security when making payments.
    Your information is transmitted in encrypted form so that third parties cannot read it. Your credit card payment is processed by an external and certified partner to ensure the highest level of security.

🔄 Can I return my order?

  • Yes! You can return unworn items within 14 days of receipt .
  • If your goods are defective or items are missing, please contact our support immediately.
  • Write a message to our support. Returns will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving the email.
  • How can I return items?
    Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs yourself.
  • Why do I have to pay for the return shipping myself?
    Many large mail order companies automatically offer free returns. However, this service is already included in every sales price. This means that customers also pay for return shipping even if they keep the goods.

    For this reason, we can offer our customers high-quality shirts made of organic cotton at the best price. Our return rate is only 2.5 percent*, which underlines our quality and our product promise. If the product has a defect, please contact us immediately, because we will find a solution for you together, which of course does not incur any costs. This means that your purchase from us is completely risk-free.
