Ich hatte anfangs die falsche Shirtfarbe bestellt. Habe über den Support Kontakt aufgenommen um die Bestellung evtl zu stornieren oder abzuändern. Ich habe sofort eine antwort erhalten und Hilfe bzw. Support dabei meine schon bestellte Ware zu retourieren, sobald sie kam. Als das der Fall war wurde auch gleich schon die richtige Bestellung in die Wege geleitet.
