How much does shipping cost?

For shipping within Germany we charge a flat rate of €3.95 . However, we would like to offer you a special shopping experience - for orders over €50 we cover the shipping costs for you, so your order will be delivered to your home free of charge.

How long does shipping take?

The processing time is approximately 1-3 working days , after which the shipment takes place depending on the country

The delivery time in Germany is usually around 3-10 working days . We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. As soon as we have sent your package, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by email. From then on you can easily track your shipment. Please note that the delivery time abroad may be slightly delayed due to the longer transport routes.

Can I return my items?

Yes! You can return unworn items within 14 days of receipt . We only accept returns for new, unworn items.

How can I return items?

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the item. The return address is provided when registering the return in our returns portal.

Have you already received my return?

We do not send a confirmation of receipt after receiving your return. As soon as we have processed your return, you will receive a notification of your refund. We usually need a maximum of 14 days to process your return. After major sales promotions, the processing time may be slightly longer. It is best to keep your postal receipt as proof until the refund has been processed.

Why do I have to pay for the return shipping myself?

Many large mail order companies automatically offer free returns. However, this service is already included in every sales price. This means that customers also pay for return shipping even if they keep the goods.
For this reason, we can offer our customers high-quality shirts made of organic cotton at the best price. Our return rate is only 2.5 percent*, which underlines our quality and our product promise. If the product has a defect, please contact us immediately, because we will find a solution for you together, which of course does not incur any costs. This means that your purchase from us is completely risk-free.

My item is defective, what now?

If you find any defects in the product quality, you have the option of returning the item to us within 14 days. If your goods are defective or items are missing, please contact our support immediately: support@seelenstich-clothing.de

How do your sizes fit?

Our products are generally cut wider (oversized).

What size do I need?
We recommend that you use the intuitive size guide on the respective product page as well as the size charts provided. If you are unsure between two sizes, order the larger size. Please do not order anything just to "try on" as the products are produced especially for you. Our shirts and hoodies have a unisex cut. This is designed so that as many people as possible can enjoy our products.

Are your designs exclusive?

Yes! All designs are created specifically for Seelenstich and are unique.

What is the best way to wash my clothes?

To ensure that you can enjoy your beautiful clothes for as long as possible, we recommend not ironing over the print or drying the clothes in the dryer. A wash cycle at 30 °C, turned inside out and using a mild detergent without fabric softener, is also recommended.

What material are the products made of?

Most products are made from 100 percent organic cotton. You can find more information in the respective product description.
The printing takes place in Germany.
